Hi, I'm Kris...welcome!
I work with mission-driven teams, rising leaders and purposeful career changers to unearth their potential, increase their self-awareness and live and work in a way that is aligned with their values. Working together through a collaborative and iterative process my clients are able to significantly grow their capacity to lead themselves and others.
Prior to launching my practice, I spent nearly two decades in a variety of roles focused on hiring and growing leaders, building inclusive and equitable cultures, and designing scalable program strategies at fast-growing nonprofit organizations and schools.
Equity and justice are significant drivers in my work. Marginalized communities, in particular Black, Brown and Indigenous folks and those who hold LGBTQ+ identities are disproportionately impacted by economic, health, and educational disparities. For this reason, I work to ensure my coaching reaches people in these groups as much as possible. Currently 60% of my clients (past & present) identify as a person of color, and 35% identify as LGBTQ+.
